Ugh...Why Would You Do That? Tips for Aspiring Ultra-Marathoners by Mike Roberts
Mike Roberts has taught eighth grade English in Salt
Lake City for the past fourteen years. In an attempt to drop some
weight, he started running six years ago. After a couple dozen half and
full marathons, he fell in love with ultra marathons, and now primarily
runs on the trails. He is currently training for his next challenge - a
450 mile run from Salt Lake to Las Vegas (in late June...just to make it
more fun!)
